Wedding Planning Meetings

There are FOUR in person/video meetings with our staff to design your dream wedding. These include the planning, florals, coordination and execution phases.

Planning

We will begin with budget planning, discuss catering and your vision, and then move on to booking the main vendors, covering hair & makeup, photographer, videographer, and entertainment.

Execution

One Month prior is when all the magic happens! This last meeting we finalize all the numbers and timelines. This includes; guest counts, food packages, floral details and other unsettled items. You will also meet or schedule a meeting with your designated day of coordinator during this meeting.

Florals

After finalizing the core members of your dream team, we will delve into the finer details. We'll discuss the overall look and ambiance you desire for your wedding day, encompassing florist, rentals, and more.

Here is where you can schedule a QUICK phone call to discuss more EMERGENT matters that can not wait until your scheduled Planning meetings

Coordination

This is where it all comes together! We'll confirm your catering menu, finalize the timeline, layout, guest count, and rentals. Lastly, a dedicated wedding coordinator will be assigned to support you throughout the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
